Here is how the program works:
  • The person referred must be from outside the Agency (i.e. not a current or previous employee).
  • Hiring managers are not eligible.
  • In order to be eligible for the referral bonus, your referral should indicate your name under, “How did you hear about this position?” in the online application.
  • Your referral must complete 3+ months of employment.
